A Note From Our Founder

I created Our Generation from a simple belief: children thrive when they feel safe, seen, valued, and understood.

As an educator, leader, parent, and lifelong student of human development, I have spent more than 14 years working alongside children and families. In more than 14 years in the field, I have grown through nearly every position in a child development program. From assisting in classrooms and supporting daily operations, kitchen support to serving as a Teacher, Lead Teacher, Master Teacher, Assistant Director, and Director, each experience has reinforced my belief that every role matters in creating a strong foundation for children and families. Throughout that time, I have learned that the most meaningful growth happens when children are met with understanding, connection, and genuine care.

Our Generation reflects everything I believe about childhood, family, and community. It is a place built on relationships, belonging, curiosity, and the belief that every child has incredible potential.
