Our yoga and mindfulness program introduces children ages 2 and up to movement, breathing, and calm in a way that feels natural and engaging. Through guided activities, children build body awareness, confidence, and social-emotional skills (SEL)—learning to regulate emotions, focus their attention, and find a sense of balance.
